Sairam. On the 4th day of the grand Navaratri celebrations, ‘Sath Kutumba’ was observed as the Sadhana of the day. Family bhajan session and Pada Puja to parents were the activities participated by the day scholar students.
In the evening, as a part of Navaratri Sangeetham, students from the Prasanthi Music School Sister Pavithra R, Sister Netra K, and Krishna Kumar V, under the guidance of their Guru Sathyapriya Krishnan, enthralled the audience with their mesmerizing vocal concert rendered as a tribute to Guru Smt. Seetha Rajan. The patriotic compositions of Bharathiyar tuned by Smt. Seetha Rajan and other pieces drenched the hearts of the listeners with the vibrations of classical music. The informative Carnatic quiz conducted in between every performance gave a good awareness to the students about Carnatic music. The professional accompaniment by Sri S. Venkata Rao on Tabla stole the hearts with his fingers dropping the sweetness of Laya at every note. Correspondent Sri S.Loganathan felicitated the performers with a memento of love. The program concluded with Shanti Mantra.
