Krishnastami (6/9/23)

Sairam. Krishnashtami was celebrated with joy and devotion on 6th Sep 2023. The programme began with performance of the auspicious ‘Go Puja’ in the morning, filled with the divine vibrations created through chanting of the Narayana Upanishad. Students offered ‘Madhurashtakam’ at the lotus feet of Bhagawan. Then, it was a scene of heavenly vibrations on the stage due to the ‘Krishna Fancy show’ presented by the tiny tots of SSSIE or Lord Sri Krishna and other Divine Avatars.

The day was made doubly happy due to the 81st Birthday celebration of SSSIE Director Sri P.Kumarasamy. Correspondent Sri S.Loganathan, Senior Principal Smt. Savithri Chandrasekaran, Vice Principal Smt. Vedhanayagi, other staff and students expressed their feelings of love and thankfulness for being a true inspiration as a Sai Sadhaka.

In his address, the Director expressed His prayers that in a few years the school would become the best international techno Sai school in the world.

Then, the Krishnashtami celebrations continued with playing of various value-based and traditional outdoor games. The house-wise pot-breaking contest was cherished by all. The winners of the various games held were felicitated with a token of Love.

The morning celebration concluded with offering of Mangala Arathi and Prasadam distribution. In the evening, the fine art students offered enchanting flute recital and vocal rendering at His Divine lotus feet. Sairam.
