Sairam. With the Divine Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, a sacred Padha Puja was organized at the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Educare, Chromepet, on 8th February 2025, for the parents of Class X and XII students who are preparing to appear for their CBSE Board examinations.
The event commenced with Veda Parayanam, which included the recitation of the Siksha Valli, featuring the profound Maha Vakyas: “Mathru Devo Bhava” and “Pitru Devo Bhava,” along with the Medha Suktam. Following this, the Principal-in-Charge, Ms. Vedhanayagi, warmly welcomed the parents and emphasized the significance of parental blessings in ensuring the success of their children in all their noble endeavours. The students performed the Padha Puja with deep reverence, applying Chandan and Kumkum and offering flowers at the lotus feet of their parents. They then performed Pradakshina around them, seeking their heartfelt blessings.
The gathering was reminded of the sacred duty to honour and care for their parents, who have selflessly dedicated their lives to nurturing and supporting their children’s growth and development. Warden Sandip Samanta delivered the vote of thanks. The event concluded with the Mangala Arathi, after which parents and children performed Padha Namaskaram to Bhagawan, seeking His Divine Blessings for a bright, successful, and spiritually enriched future.
