Sairam. Sairam. With the Divine Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, ‘SRI BHKATHA VIJAYAM’ – Sathsang Programme by Smt. Lalitha Srinivasan, Chennai was organized at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Educare, Chromepet on the life and glory of 6 Sants of North India between 9th and 12th June 2023, 5:00 to 6:30 pm. Smt. Lalitha Srinivasan, an ardent devotee of Bhagawan, popular for her scholarly Sri Bhagwatha Sapthaham programme, detailed the admirable and inspiring lives of the sants through her lucid way of narration.
On the first day, the unshakable Bhakathi of Sant Namdev and Sant Gnaneswar on Lord Sri Panduranga were explained to the audience. At the end of the session, Director Sri P.Kumarasamy narrated how the SSSIE and the Balvikas students were blessed by Bhagawan with a golden opportunity to put up a drama on the life of Sri Gnaneswar at Prasanthi Nilayam during an International Doctor’s Conference, in His Divine Presence, many years ago.
On the second day, Sant Tukaram and Sri Narsimha Mehta’s unparallel surrender to their dear Lord Sri Krishna was illustrated.
On the third and the final day, the inexplicable devotion of Sant Tulasi Das and Sant Kabir Das on affectionate Lord Sri Ram was elaborated to the students.
All the students were truly inspired to learn about the ‘Vairagyam’ of the Sants to sacrifice anything for the sake of their Lord. The significance of the NAMAJAPAM was imprinted deeply in the hearts of the students. Everyone understood the message that nothing in the world was greater compared to the greatness of the Lord of this Universe who was omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient.
At the conclusion of the final day, Director Sri P.Kumarasamy felicitated Smt. Lalitha Srinivasan for her erudite Sathsang on the lives of the great Sants. Correspondent Sri S.Loganathan, Senior Principal Smt. Savithri Chandrasekaran, Vice Principal Smt. Vedha Nayagi and other teaching and non-teaching staff attended the Sathsang along with the students. The ‘Sri Bhaktha Vijayam’ programme concluded with Mangala Arathi and Prasadam distribution.
